Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the buyer (“Customer”) whose details are provided below and Printworks Reklamcılık Matbaacılık ve Yayıncılık - Deniz ÇAKMAKÇI (“Seller”), in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the sale, delivery, and service of design, advertising, printing, and promotional products/services purchased by the Customer through the website printworks.com.tr or via electronic communication channels.

3. Scope of Services and Products

Printworks provides its advertising and design services directly through its own team. Printing and promotional products are produced by reliable partner companies selected by Printworks. In such cases, customer information may be shared with these partners solely for the purposes of production and delivery.

4. Orders, Payment, and Confirmation

The Customer may place orders through the website or via email/phone communication. Once the online payment system becomes active, payments will be processed through a secure payment infrastructure. For now, transactions made through quotation approval are subject to the terms of this Agreement.

5. Delivery

Printing and promotional products are delivered via courier or logistics companies after the production process is completed. Advertising and design services are provided digitally or under a project delivery protocol. The delivery time is determined according to the nature of each order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has no right of withdrawal for products produced upon personal request or custom design. However, for standard services, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days by providing written notice. In applicable cases, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.

7. Warranty and Liability

Printworks ensures that the provided products or services meet the agreed specifications. Quality issues arising from printing or partner production processes will be evaluated jointly with our business partners.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer data is processed solely for the execution of the order and is subject to the provisions of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) Information Notice and Cookie Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. Enforcement

By placing an order through the website or approving a quotation, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
